The Texas Tech Greenhouse and Garden complex is a 3-acre facility near the United Super Markets Arena and TTU Rec Center dedicated to teaching students and our community about horticulture. We see more than 500 students in the greenhouse and garden every semester and strive to give them the best educational experience possible. Over the next few months, we'll be converting our former rose garden into the Texas Tech Native Plant and Pollinator garden. This space will contain true native plants and habitat for native bees, butterflies, and other pollinators and will be open to the public. All donations will go towards construction and renovation of the garden space, the purchase of soil, plant materials, and mulch, and professional educational signage. Thanks so much for your support!
Enthusiasts enjoy being a part of and using the Garden and want to contribute to the cause!
